I wasn’t going to publish this, but well~.
Then I’d like to warn that this text is not nearly as well organized as my other work usually is.
Try to bear with it, though.
The main subject now being the ‘Tackey Special Project’ aka ‘Dance Unit’ aka 舞闘冠 [Butoukan].
Let’s state this first: I have always liked Tackey and definetely have a very weak spot for him even nowadays.
He has had this.. ‘power’ within the whole JE for a long time. In his Junior days he was asked to lead the separated juniors. And he did not only lead and coach them but also worked seriously in arranging the huge Junior Concerts back then. Basically, they were all scripted and lead by him.
Being hugely popular within the juniors (getting public gratitude and thank yous from them in a regular basis) and of course his debuted kouhai, I was kind of.. waiting for him to make his next move.
So when the ‘Takizawa Hideaki Special Project’ began this (2007) autumn, I was happy and expected a lot. I hope you’ve been browsing through my separate “Special Unit –post”. If not, go there now because I’ll be referring to it quite a lot when writing this one.
The auditions clearly had a goal, and when it was finally revealed that this’d be a specified ‘Dance Unit’ “for SC and maybe even further”, I was so glad for Yara (after first seriously pitying him for getting such a shock because of Tackey first ^^).
Then it kind of.. dawned on me that they never really revealed, not even in the SC CSP, what is the group going to do. Since Tackey clearly hinted that this group would most likely expand itself beyond SC, I am really curious.
There are a few reasons I wouldn’t like 舞闘冠 to debut, and not the smallest of them being the fact that I don’t actually want to break up [u]A.B.C.[/u] Like it wouldn’t be enough that they’re basically the next [u]MA[/u] now that JE’s going to bury that one under first, but to split them apart..
[u]Kis-My-Ft2[/u] is generic with too many members, plus there are very many juniors just waiting to form another one alike-group and I have no doubts JE would gladly split them apart because that’s what they’ve been doing anyway during this past year – for HSW’s sake nonetheless..
[u]Yara[/u] has been getting a lot of attention lately. First Dream Boys 2007, then 舞闘冠 and now he’s even the second lead for SHOCK. Warm gongratulations, you do definetely deserve it.
Okay, that done now let’s go to the main point. The PV and the song (I suppose that was meant to be the main point.. anyway).
Tackey did all the filming, editing and planning for the PV. It seems that many in the fandom have been surprised by this, but actually, he’s pretty accustomied with it. And this guy – whatever he decides to do, he’s going to succeed in it.
舞 = [bu] = Dance
闘 = [tou] = Battle/Fight
冠 = [kan] = Crown
It was revealed in completely-tackey-style in the CSP. The members had no idea of the name either, so when Tackey explained it, they were all (members, hosts and audience. Plus me) baffled.
Cheap for SC to make the boys introduce themselves as the members of the group.
How it makes me wanna smile to see Yara grinning widely like that. After all MA’s been through for the last months.
Hamanaka seems to have that same awkward funniness that Akanishi Jin (nowadays KAT-TUN) had when younger ^^ Yes, Tackey and Yara are going to eat you alive..
As as much it surprised me that Senga didn’t make a fool of himself in the intro-part, he does it later.
I won’t explain the whole thing as the clips are in my other post.
The making-of is funny. Everyone gets teased somehow.
Finally, the song and the PV.
舞闘冠 – Now and Forever.
As a song.. it’s nothing special. Catchy, happy, poppy with no basically no specific singing talent needed in general. Some parts exceed the normal voice range, but enough of that.
It fits the sc. “JE-format”, but is far from the worst ones this year. Actually it might get in my top-5 musically. Which is a lot.
You see, the Japanese tradition can be heard throughout the song, even though the outcome is poppy. Huge, huge plus-points for that. Yara’s voice is also kind of unique with a certain raspiness and a few low notes (that aren’t exactly on-key but certainly not off-key either.. hard to explain. Give a listen to his ‘[i]Jealous Train[/i]’ or ‘[i]Next Dream[/i]’, where they’re even clearer to hear), so with him doing the lead vocals.. I can’t complain.
And I just have to poke about the sabi-part ([i]//edit: khrm, the chorus, I mean//[/i]). After the first-listening, I was so certain I heard ‘Wishing you, 貴女, happy day’. But two more times and I got it right [‘Wishing you another happy day’, for those who couldn’t follow] ^^
I woudn’t have it minded being ‘my lady’, though.
The solo-parts are almost worth kyaa-ing. But since I don’t do stuff like that (no one is allowed to remember what happened with the HERO-movie), I can calmly point out that they sing better than an average JE-group. And a lot better than some ([i]//edit from the original post here//[/i]).
The PV. As Tackey pointed out, he wanted this not-to-be a typical idol-JE-PV. And he succeeded. Some people were complaining this not having enough face-shots of the boys (notchnotch for NEWS – HWM or things like that), but as he said in the SC CSP, he wanted it not to match the usual patterns.
Well~ That’s two-sided since yes, he succeeded in not copying the other Japanese boybands. But the PV was shot and directed to a more.. shall I say, foreign, style.
The dance also wasn’t exactly what I had expected (or then he just cut those parts), meaning that I wanted to see some Dancing with a capital D for this, since it IS a dance-unit after all.
The end note shall be that the PV is happy and the song is ok if not good and all the boys look happy. It’s infectuous.
np. 槇原敬之 – 北風 ~君にとどきますように~
Time for the last SMAPxSMAP of the year 2007 and also the SmaSma-Christmas Special.
They show the 30 best skits they’ve done during the past year, and I since I refuse to comment on those (because they’re after all just snippets but I’d end up babbling all about them *embarrassed smile*, I think I’ll just skip them. My advice is, though, watch this whole show because it’s very much worth it).
Check the bottom of this post for the traditional download-links. I’ve got three for you this time (:
The show begins literally with crack, as we’ve got Will Smith in the intro, taking Nakai’s place and speaking Japanese (American style, definetely yes, but I was amazed how he’d learned quite a bit of the language).
The guys could’nt (and neither could I
) keep a straight face. (A hint: wait for my massive download-post for the New Year to get a clip of this).
“Oodaaaa!!?!” *imitates Nakai’s raspy voice*

They make up for teasing Nakai in the bistro-segment, where they’ve got 星野 仙一 [Hoshino Senichi] as a guest. For those who are left behind, let to be told that he is a pretty much legendary professional baseball player and coach. Nakai being a huge baseball-fan (as if people wouldn’t know this ^^), was chosen by the national team’s coach Hoshino as the team’s official support-captain (for the Asian Baseball Championships which Japan btw won a few weeks ago).
Anyway, they chit-chat enthusiastically about baseball (and Nakai, well, fanboys
) until it’s time to go and meet the chefs. Nakai and Kimutaku end up quarreling a little ^^ Guess the reason..

Nakai gets totally “into” it, and I think that’s what Shingo and Kimutaku are whispering about at one point and what the staff is actually laughing at
But it’s good to know Nakai’s a total fanboy at times. We saw Kimutaku and Goro do it last week, so ![]()

Nakai and Kimutaku are their cute selves and Tsuyoshi is once again surprising us. He’s got ‘星野金’ [Hoshino Kin, the guest's name and the kanji for metallic/golden], which is a pun with ‘星の金’ [Hoshi no Kin, metallic/golden stars]. His “snowing” is also kinda.. crack ^^

Then we get a totally beautiful and heart-wrenching live-performance of ‘Christmas Night’. I’m so happy to see Tony’s name on the screen here ^^
The strings-orchestra makes it pretty much perfect.
And I don’t care that Kimutaku’s voice isn’t enough for the harmonizing-part, this was just absolutely wonderful performance.

The musical guest is the chart-owner of the year, totally amazing and charming tenor 秋川雅史 [Akikawa Masafumi]. His single 千の風になって [Sen no Kaze ni Natte] topped the 2007-chart leaving everyone else far behind with 1,115,499 copies sold.

They chat about the single and Kouhaku (which was the one that made the big audience notice Akikawa-san and the song). It’s hilarious how Kimutaku wishes Nakai ‘Good Luck’ for this year’s Kouhaku since he is the MC for the Red (women’s) team, while SMAP competes for the White (men’s) team.

Akikawa-san is gentle and kind as usual. Love his personality and made a clip of the talk-part also (even if I don’t usually do that), since he’s one of my favourites.
They end the show perfectly with a beautiful, beautiful Christmas Medley. The setting, chorus and everything about the performance is breathtaking.
The songs are ‘We Wish You a Merry Christmas’, ‘Ave Maria’, ‘White Christmas’ and of course at last, 千の風になって.
The guys look so handsome in black and Akikawa-san in white.

I want to thank SMAP for all the wonderful job they’ve done this year.
And I’m definetely waiting for the 2008 already, with a live tour coming up and everything.
Don’t forget to catch the 58th Kouhaku Utagassen on the New Year’s Eve!

Yes, yes. This post is about the ‘Takizawa Special Project’ aka ‘Shounen Club Dance Unit’, since now the basic facts of the group are basically revealed. Now I (we?) only need the information about what the group is supposed to actually do. I am bitter for them not giving any hints about it in the SC Christmas Special 23/12.
Scroll down and you shall find info and download-links to various VTRs related to the issue, including the PV and an mp3-rip of the song. The complete members-list in the bottom of this post.
And now.
What is this unit? How is Tackey related? How did it come to this? Who are the members? Has the PV aired yet? What’s the group called?
Tackey started his “Takizawa Hideaki Special Project” in autumn, and he followed the juniors’ rehearsals intensively both in Tokyo and Osaka, observing them and making notes.
He even arranged a kind of.. “auditions”, where juniors were supposed to speak about different themes and so on.
>> download the “auditions” part II (from SC 02.09.07)
Shounen Club on October the 14th arrived, and we were finally informed what this “SP” actually was about and who were chosen in the end.
The clip showed Tackey shocking his old friend Yara Tomoyuki (of Musical Academy) completely by telling him that he has chosen a few juniors to form a special dance unit for Shounen Club (and maybe even more!), that they’re going to film a PV and that Yara is the leader of the unit and that there is a press-conference upstairs in three minutes ![]()
The clip includes the Tackey/Yara-part, the press-conference and Tackey’s VTR-message to the chosen members plus the juniors’ reactions to it ![]()
>> download the clip
On November 4th Yara guested in Shounen Club and besides performing a cool dance-number together with A.B.C., he also talked a bit about “The Dance Unit” revealing that the announced line-up wasn’t complete yet and that there was one more member that he had himself wanted to add to the group.
>> download the videoclip (incl. performances of ‘Next Dream‘ and ‘Jealous Train‘)
November 11th, there was again a short segment about “The Project” in Shounen Club, this time showing a meeting Tackey had with Yara and some staff, the first official meeting of the yet-unnamed “Dance Unit” and the revealing of the 5th and final member of the group.
This last-mentioned of course being 塚田僚一 aka ‘Tsuka-chan’ of A.B.C.
>> download the videoclip
Then, in December 9th, 2007 Shounen Club episode there was a clip of Tackey preparing for the PV-shooting on a sports stadium and the group practising and telling about their feelings regarding the unit.
This was also the date they officially announced that the PV, group’s name and more detailed information about it would be revealed in the Shounen Club Christmas Special (on air December 23rd), where Tackey was the special guest.
>> download the videoclip
And finally, the Shounen Club Christmas Special arrived.
The group is now officially called ‘舞闘冠’ [Butoukan], which is a totally cool name.
さすが, Tackey.

- 舞闘冠 – Now and Forever (making of the PV)
- Tackey & 舞闘冠 – Talk (SC Christmas Special 23.12.2007)
And: Streaming-link for the PV.
So in the end the group consists of:
- 屋良朝幸 (Yara Tomoyuki of Musical Academy), leader
- 千賀健永 (Senga Kento of Kis-My-Ft2)
- 塚田僚一 (Tsukada Ryoichi of A.B.C.)
- 山本亮太 (Yamamoto Ryouta of M.A.D.)
- 浜中文一 (Hamanaka Bunichi or Kansai Jrs)
I’ll be waiting for an update about the group’s purpose soon ^^

Quite a few news, all ruffled into one post. Bear with me.
#1 case: Present for Christmas
If you missed the one for all my blog-readers, head straight over here!
#2 case: Oricon Charts.
Three major releases for me this week. It would be four, if 東方神起’s newest wasn’t this retarded.
Anyway, of course SMAP dominates the single-chart with ‘弾丸 Fighter’. The single having a lovely B-side ‘Christmas Night’ with the slightly rushed A-side.. I expect this to sell well. Who wouldn’t want a SMAP-single for Christmas? Exactly.
By far not the best A-side for a long time, but the B-side makes up for quite a lot. Really hope they’ll perform this more in the year-end-shows. Cross your fingers.
Then we have my other all-time (well, he would be if he woke up and started making music again ^^) love, Gackt. His new album ‘0079-0088′ concists of the his own songs that have been used in the ‘Mobile Suit Gundam‘-series and it also has three cover-tracks for the old theme-songs. 哀 戦士 [Ai Senshi] and めぐりあい [Meguriai] don’t sound bad. The third song is an instrumental piece, based on ‘砂の十字架’.
The third one is of course one of my favourite Japanese duos, コブクロ. They’re coming out with a beautiful album that includes for example their big-hit-single of 2007, 蕾 [Tsubomi]. Their album is btw titled ‘5296′. I love Japanese number-codes ![]()
Kind of.. funny, that their 27.09.2006 -released album ‘ALL SINGLES BEST’ (that has sold almost 2,6 million copies to-date btw) is still #14 in the last week’s album-chart
Numbers:
-singles-
01 SMAP: 弾丸 Fighter – 18494 (x1.75) = 32,365 [Dangan Fighter]
02 東方神起: Together – 12874 (x1.75) = 22,530 [Tohoshinki]-albums-
01 BUMP OF CHICKEN: Orbital Period – 77783 (x1.7) = 132,231
02 コブクロ: 5296 – 58078 (x1.7) = 98,733 [Kobukuro]
03 EXILE: EXILE LOVE – 22837 + 22091 (x1.7) = 76,378 (last week -release)
#3 case: Autumn’s drama-season over. Winter-dramas coming up!
I will be nice and make a post about the upcoming (renzoku) dramas of the next season here before the 2008 begins.
I might also give a comment about the now-ended dramas, since mostly this season was a complete disappointment quality-vise.
#4 case: 秋山純 [Akiyama Jun] “did the Jimmys” and most likely vanished from JE.
What’s this all about MA being now a trio? Read the following posts to catch up:
- Why was Akiyama suspended in the first place? (old, read the comments too)
- Where did that lead to?
The latest proof: I uploaded a clip from the latest SCP from last Sunday for you.
>> [MU] SCP071216 MA: Dancing with Japan
(To make it clear, they talk about ‘MA’ as it is now, so my hope for “Akki’s” suspension being temporary is basically gone)

np. SMAP – Christmas Night
This song is the highlight of my Christmas. Magnificent work. And the piano-intro melts people. (Plus that the main-composer is a Swede, so
)
Note: Making this summary was so hard, even if I began writing this just a few minutes after it aired.
The whole 45-minute-show is totally, totally worth watching and this summary won’t do it any right. So if you have a chance, head over to your clubbox/torrentmonster/whatever and download it.
Three DL-clips and one streaming included. I could have “clipped” the whole show just because, but I managed to restrain myself. Somewhat.
Download-links at the bottom of this post. As usual.
The bistro-guests are Neptune [ネプチューン in kana]. For those who are left behind, they’re a comedy-trio, very hilarious. For more info on the group, go here.

They drag Nakai and Taka-san into the picture too, and I can’t think about saying anything more of the talk-part that you should watch it. I can’t put a finger on a SxS-show when I would have grinned for the whole bistro-time.
Sure the guests are usually interesting and good performers, but I don’t remember even comedians being this.. carefree and totally succeeding in their gags like here.
..what did we learn? Men shouldn’t be given telephones. Or cars, therefore ![]()
Nakai is, too, unable to stifle his laughter.

When they move downstairs to meet the chefs, it is total.. crack.
It can’t really be explained, so I made you a clip of it. Scroll down to the bottom of this post for the download-link; it’s the first one of the three there.
They do ‘monomane’ (aka. impersonations) with Kimutaku and Goro. The rest just.. crack up. Totally. Absolutely hilarious and brain-breaking ^^
(..the ‘chewing-gum’ was so bad :p But it just is.. SMAP)

Shingo does it again. If you don’t know Neptune, you probably had no idea what the point in the gag was.
It’s a permanent and traditional gag on the picked member, 名倉 潤 [Nagura Jun], because of his skin colour ![]()
And finally. People, it’s Strawberry on the Shortcake (and YES, the pun is SO intended. If you have no idea what it is, do you have the courage to confess that to ME? *lift eyebrows*).

They advertise for the ‘Neptai-League’, which airs on the Christmas Eve at 7PM. If you happen to be by the TV, tune it on and I can promise you won’t get bored!
Goroleo strikes again. The drama btw ended 17.12, a day after SxS was broadcasted.
Seriously, I still would have preferred Goro to Fukuyama and definetely Shingo to Shibasaki.
This is as much fun (if not even more, because they make it totally totally over this time
) as the first part.
Can’t be capped further ^^
Streaming-link for the skit here!

Then we get ‘成り上がり芸人 ドス恋パイナポー’ . That means a lot comedians and laughter. I usually enjoy the last part for the most, but this time the whole skit was funny. Would you like to give that cake a try?
No one of the actors can keep a straight face in here, so that should tell you something ^^

Shingo & Tsuyoshi.. <3
Intro-CCB. They have Kimutaku as a participant here!
My goodness, this was amazing! Not only, because
- Goro was (unusually) good
- Can someone smack YOU-san? Gackt doesn’t even have anything NEAR that
(it’s the drama.. *shakes head*)
- I knew the song early! (which is like.. whoa! I was gaping, totally!)
- I want to hug Kimutaku for his.. cuteness overload. Plus he gets “put down” *cracks up*
- Both Kimutaku (especially he!) and Goro FANBOY. Like really FANBOY. And aleyna like.. fangirls. Amazing guest!

And yes, Kimutaku’s expression-of-the-day was “baffled” ![]()

Okay, time to end SxS this time. And of course they’ll do it with their new, 19/12 single, ‘Fighter’.
The talk in the beginning is funny, and I, being a nice person, cut it out for you as the third clip this time. The DL-link at the bottom of this post.
What do the guys think about doing the “partial bodyrolls” and who/what does Tsuyoshi think is scary?
Don’t miss Kimutaku’s total flirting at the very end of the talk-part ![]()

The performance is.. guaranteed SMAP. I clipped it for you, check down ^^

It’s times like these when I completely understand how, why and how much I totally adore this group.
Happy SMAPping! I hope you didn’t miss my Christmas Present

Heya. This is aleyna (I know, I know.. but I’ve always wanted to start an entry with those words..
).
Before I get to the point (the Christmas-gift for my blog-readers) I want to say something to those who read regurarly. Others can jump straight to the links.
#1 This has been quite a test-period for me; to write a public blog for the first time.
Regular readers, how has it been, reading this? Would you like me to keep writing and posting next year too or does it make no difference at all if I get back to my limited-audience-blogging?
It’d be a lot easier for me to keep my blog private. Yes I might be lazy that way ^^.
And even if I don’t normally adore people commenting my entries; this time answering to this post would be really appreciated. PMs/mail are ok too, though.
#2 It’s been a huge surprise to see that the blog’s got a steady viewership of 350~ a day. I still find it hard to believe but I hope you have been enjoying reading this. And wonder how on Earth did people find their way here? ^^
#3 I was having a hard time wondering how to wish my blog-readers merry Christmas, and then someone suggested that I should make some use of my insaly large Japanese Christmas song -collection.
I’m not bending my principles of not uploading full albums. But I think that in this case.. this VA-mix is even more delicious.

Ugh for the song. It starts amazingly well with the cello, piano and JJ’s breathy korean-ballad-voice, but crashes down to genericity with the chorus. Aish.
Making this report took a while, because I missed the broadcast and had to download the episode (thank you to massaru from d-addicts for the upload).
And I really hate capping + clipping downloaded ones. Pfft.
You’ll find the three (2x performance + P-chan-skit
) requested download-links at the bottom of this post.
The bistro-guests are 林真理子 [Hayashi Mariko] and 江原啓之 [Ebara Hiroyuki], both having long careers behind them. They are very sweet in the segment, although when they go down to meet the chefs, Hayashi-san gives our guys ‘roles’.

Everyone else is like.. “ok”.. except Nakai, who isn’t satisfied at all with the one he got
Poor Nakai (literally ^^).
*cracks up for Tsuyoshi being casted as a ‘stalker’*
They also act their roles out.

Goro’s “君を奏でたいな” is kinda.. ‘aww’.
Kimutaku makes women basically faint just with his presence.. *shakes head*
He’s on charm-mode (and Nakai pokes him after the short performance ^^)

Oh Tsuyoshi.. “あさりちゃん” and all response he gets is like.. *cold stare*

Shingo does “さかなくん”
I like the character.

Kimutaku is <3. Pure knockdown. And Tsuyoshi gets bitter because he’s completely owned here ^^

…falls down his chair laughing.

Then we get a live of ‘弾丸 Fighter’. Release next week, December the 19th!
Tsuyoshi has some scarf-issues here and Goro’s pitch wavers a little. Not bad one though. And the dance is very much lovely indeed.

(Download-link for this at the bottom. The file is small, my compression-program works flawlessly again!)
The return of KamiKamiChannel ensues.
This can’t be capped, nor explained. Watch it ^^

I can’t believe they’ve got P-ちゃん here.
Hence the reason this report has this many caps. *eyepalm*
In the skit the “assistants” are おすぎとピーコ [Osugi & Piiko].
The last time they had this was.. last February, right? And before that in.. October? Or something. It’s so.. amazing. I mean.. it’s not every day you see Kimutaku in.. basically a pink, fluffy bunny-poodle-crossbread-costume. Getting molested.

Or straddling Shingo.

If you want a clip and no one else can do it, poke me ^^ (gently).
//editto
clip made and uploaded, check the bottom of this post for it
They also do the MIXJUICE. Hilarious.
I suppose the rules are easy to get while watching so I won’t explain this further.
He just loves torturing Goro, doesn’t he?
And I definetely loves his revenge-glare on Shingo AND the intense stare he gives the poor girl ![]()

The musical guest is the pretty much legendary 忌野清志郎 [Imawano Kiyoshirou], who is apparently going to have a Budokan-concert in February. Must be quite a show!
Anyway, they sing 毎日が Brand New Day and 雨上がりの夜空に. The last one with Kimutaku on guitar <3
Nakai’s definetely got the feeling and has opened his shirt pretty low and has a sparkle-sparkle-necklace too. Shingo looks like a rockstar ![]()
Conclusion: SMAP should do some rock-songs.

And Tsuyoshi just.. glomps Imawano-san

I have no intentions to romanize that. If you don’t get it, go google it
Gongratulations to 秋川雅史, コブクロ and well, Mr. Children too.

Just a quick entry since someone freaked out after seeing my nick in msn.
According to the OHP we’ve got the main cast for the SHOCK-musical 2008.
- 堂本光一 [Domoto Koichi], of course
- 屋良朝幸 [Yara Tomoyuki]
- 大倉 忠義 [Ohkura Tadayoshi]
- 米花剛史 [Yonehana Tsuyoshi]
- 町田慎吾 [Machida Shingo]
- M.A.D.
- RiRiKa
- 石川 直 [Ishikawa Naoki]
a)
It’s been confirmed that Yara takes up the role of Koichi’s friend-rival. Also known as the second lead role. Warm gongratulations to Yara! He’s making a total breakthrough now. First it was DREAM BOYS, then Tackey’s Special Project and now SHOCK.
b)
Why the heck is Ohkura there? Nothing against him personally, but SHOCK is like.. a famous dancing-musical. I’ve seen him dance and can’t say I’d be too impressed. His acting in the current drama is ok, but that compared to SHOCK..
Well, it seems to be final. Let’s hope he surprises me (and everyone else too) positively.
c)
So JE has just basically dumped 秋山純 [Akiyama Jun]. Wasn’t the suspension going to be temporary, damn it??
The LEAST they could do at this point would be to announce what his situation is. I don’t want to have another “mysterious disappearance” without any explanation.

Oh well, time for December the 9th, as the last ”normal” Shounen Club of the year 2007.
The theme for this episode is ‘願い’ [negai, meaning ’wishes, requests’], and we get the negai–medley in the beginning.
It includes the ever-favourite ‘夢物語’ (originally by Tackey & Tsubasa), ‘Real Face‘ (KAT-TUN, now by A.B.C., which caught me totally off-guard. I was expecting the traditional Kis-My-Ft2. Totsu.. yeah.. raps.), ‘Believe Your Smile‘ (of V6, now this by half of Kis-My-Ft2), one of this year’s big hits ‘It’s My Soul’ (of Kanjani∞), WISH (of 嵐), and the beautiful KinKi-ballad ‘永遠に’.

Kis-My-Ft2 talking.. they make fun of Miyata and Senga ![]()
‘Change the World‘, NEWS’ CM-song, performed by the three NEWS-members (special guests 山下智久 [Yamashita Tomohisa] aka Yamapi and 錦戸 亮 [Nishikido Ryo] plus MC Koyama). Sounds kind of weird, after all, we’ve only heard the album-version before. Koyama is seriously off-key and it seems that he struggles quite a lot to keep up with the song. Yamapi shows a little skin somewhere in the middle, tugs Koyama’s hair and that’s pretty much it.
In the talk-part they do the same as Kis-My-Ft2, revealing their own wishes. Ryo insulting Nakamaru is classic

In “The Letters” we have a kind of.. very cute exchange. 塚田僚一 aka Tsuka-chan from A.B.C. and 淀川由浩 of Question?. Apparently they call the drummer ‘Yodi’. I actually learned something. There’s not much to be said, just that Tsuka-chan is his usual sweet self and I’ve just to say that it’s hard to sit behind the drums.. right?
Ooh… A.B.C.’s new song ‘Crush‘. Well~ What did you expect? Cool moves and an upbeat, catchy song that stays in your head? You got it.

Question? with the probably best Junior-song of the year, ‘Beautiful Mind’. A short version only, though. The lead vocalist has gotten better, again. And this time he also actually looks at the camera once. Improvement there! He just could do it a lot more, instead of staring into the space.

In “The Junior League” we get the quiz about the gone year. The questions include mostly some people’s “highlights” of 2007 plus selecting the funniest (面白い) SC-member of the year. Who’d you cast your vote for? ![]()
I’ve just GOT to point out that Ryo and Yamapi are guesting in this segment too, and Ryo is totally hilarious. He scares juniors, like a lot!
Rainbows: Yabu, Kawai, Tsuka-chan, Senga (who makes a comeback!) and Shoon.
Dream Bombers: Hikaru, Fujigaya, Totsu, Goseki, Miyata.
Senga fails right in the beginning!
..And even when he’s banned, he can’t keep it down ![]()

..and when it comes to what Tsuka-chan learned this year, Ryo cracks everyone up.
But seriously, the windmill was cool. My caps are bad.

Ryo’s three big news from 2007.. what is missing?
Tsuka-chan calls him ‘ojiisan’ and Ryo glares so much that even Koyama is taken aback
Then Tsuka-chan tries to explain himself out from the scary situation (see Kawai cracking up and both Koyama and Nakamaru casting pitying looks at the poor A.B.C-member..) by dragging Ryo’s sister and her baby into the picture.
And miraculously, Ryo softens, smiles and thanks him. *giggle*
The camera focuses on Tsuka-chan for a short while after the situation (and threatening atmosphere) is ‘cleared’ and, believe it or not, he actually wipes sweat from his forehead ![]()

Then Miyata makes a mistake (same sort as Tsuka-chan, not as severe though), and gets a comment from Ryo. And he bows and apologizes obediently
Ok, and then.. who is the funniest SC-member?
Well of course he is! There’s no debating about it. Senga should have been in the list, though ![]()
The reason Miyata’s ranked #3 is pretty… unexpected, though.

The last one. What moves Yamapi? Romantic.. hmm.
Tsuka-chan seems to be playing with his life today, don’t you think?
Though, Ryo was way more scary than Yamapi.
And again, Kawai owns people.
Uh.. Hey!Say!Whatever. With their song ‘thrill’. Are they trying to hit ‘funky’? Becase if they are, they fail.
And they like.. “rip” their shirts open. I won’t comment this any further, people probably know what I was going to say anyway.

And Oh My,, we’ve got Tackey! Yeah, it’s about the Special Project.
He is such… a professional. And the crew too. I was actually hoping this’d pop up in this ep.
Here we see something else than the stupid!Senga. He actually concentrates
…am I really supposed to wait patiently for the 23rd? Really?

Yamapi performs his self-made solo-song ‘Gomen ne, Juliet‘. Say hello to the playback and the fact that the boy still can’t lipsync properly ![]()

As the last song, we get the optimistic ballad ‘DREAMS‘, originally sung by NEWS. The three members of the band do the lead-vocals and all the juniors join them for the chorus-parts.
Notice Ryo attacking Yuto during the last part and the poor junior flinching and actually jumping backwards ![]()

I’ve revealed something about that episode in my “summary for December in Shounen Club”, so those who can’t wait without getting some details, click the link ‘Shounen Club’ in my sidebar and scroll a little down.
