np. 滝沢秀明 – キ・セ・キ
..I’m having a nostalgic “watch-all-my-old-tackey-jdrama-dvds” -month here, in case someone hasn’t noticed. I can blame it to 24HRTV.
I think I got an overdose.. Anyway.
I want to hate this drama. And I have all the reasons to do so:
- This rides on Tackey being half-naked or drenched-wet, plus his looks.
- Tackey plays a bad guy
- The plot goes too damn slow
- Every time I think “yes, this is it, now it’s all going to work out”.. I’m wrong.
But when it comes down to it, I love this drama.
On the other hand, it is a typical jdrama, feisting on a really handsome guy’s looks; so I can’t really blame it for that. Second, Tackey does an amazing job playing the lead. I’m used to (and I want to) seeing him play the good guy, the hero rescuing everyone else. So it pains me to see him playing a wrench like this. But oh the intensity in his acting.
The theme song is the one he was supposed to debut as a solo artist with. キ・セ・キ, one of my absolute favourite j-pop songs. And the tie-in piano/violin-piece is pretty aswell.
As for the other actors, I’ve always had a soft spot for 忍成修吾. This was his first “bigger role” in a drama and now after seeing him act in f.e. YTM, I can’t help but feel even more drawn to him.

I’m so not even trying to cap this one. I’ll give you a few though, later when I’ll edit this post. But as I said, the camera concentrates pretty much on Tackey’s body. And his face. Very many close-ups.
*sigh*
Not that I’d have anything against that.
B’z – Half Tone Lady
Okay, here we go with SC from the 9th September

The Juniors begin with singing “Thank You”, which leads us to the episode’s theme, 感謝 [Kansha = 'Gratitude'].
So, apparently the line-up is FIVE, Jr. Boys, J.J.Express, Kis-My-Ft2, A.B.C. (Totsu what are you doing?), Hey!Say!Whatever and Yax3.
Comment? Well, the wind-machines are always nice…
Okay, 感謝-medley.
KANSHA して (of course), DAYBREAK (oh the nostalgy.. and hey, isn’t that kid’s (岡本圭人) father from 男闘呼組?), 君だけに (I love this song, and when A.B.C. does it.. nice), Paradise 銀河, and Midnight Suffle.
The talk part. Juniors talk about their gratitudes. I wouldn’t bother making caps from this part, but Hikaru and Totsu said Tackey, so ^^
They just mentioned that during Enbujou Tackey was really really great and supportive. As he is always. The most loved senpai still. Gongrats! (Senga nods furiously and everyone else is like “yes yes, cool cool, I agree” 
)
The others are typical SC-style. Nothing special. Except that Senga ends up almost teary-eyed (…for a change? ;p).
Aah the guest.
I’m not a fan of KAT-TUN in any level, so I’m not that thrilled for this guest either. 田中聖. The song is ‘Make U Wet’, and it’s got pretty.. X-rated lyrics. As much as there are lyrics..
Well, he dances; and strips; and does playback~ (*fake surprise*), and has got ok hip-movements.
Senga dances in the front. Nice, that kid’s really got the hang of dancing. So does Kawai, of course ^^
Yeah, you know what I think about KAT-TUN.. so I’m not going to say it 
Anyway, Fujigaya helps the guy to find his clothes and then he talks to Koyama and Nakamaru.
Well, then we get しろやぎ & くろやぎ as usual. No comment on that. As usual.
Kis-My-Ft2 with Good-bye, Thank you.
Fujigaya’s voice is very clear. Nice! And the one kid.. Miyata, I think, totally messes up the steps at least twice. One looks totally emotionless and then to put one more negative thing here, this song is terrible ^^
Okay, let’s move on.
Johnny’s Song – Intro Don! aka. Junior League’s intro quiz. My favourite part of the show, as usual.
I was asked to do a bit more detailed rew. of this part, so I’m sorry but this entry is going to kill time. Seriously.
The concept of the game is simple: they play intros of some JE-songs and the team members have to know both the song and the performer. When the think they’ve got it, they’ll press the red button in the middle. If they answe correctly, they get points. If they’re wrong, they lose points.
Round 1:
- They all run for it. The winner is so fast ^^ KinKi Kids – 硝子の少年, of course.
- Nakamaru wasn’t the only surprised, when Taiyou dashed forward. TOKIO – Ambitious Japan. Totsu with his “nice sunshine”
- Oh Kawai ILU. I knew it straight from the start ;D 近藤真彦 – ギンギラギンにさりげなく
Here Nakamaru tells the others that they’re as good as dead ’cause they can’t react and answer ;p
- Oh Kitayama. He totally sprints for it. Fujigaya loses by a little. And Nakamaru’s voice changes, surprise. ..What is it with the pursed lips and the hug? *shakes head* 中丸雄一 – Key of Life
- This is class. Totsu fails. So does Fujigaya. Then Totsu sings the first verse right while doing the choreography and then Senga (the adorable idiot ^^) says the song is called “ほんでもってそんで毎度あり”. He gets whacked by Kitayama for that ..And then Shoon, too. *grins* Don’t complain about getting hit on the head if you don’t listen in the first place.. *sigh* And then, Kawai saves the Day. Kanjani∞ – 好きやねん、大阪.
- They try to say that this one’s very well-known. Kawai does it again and says that he was a baby when this was popular 男闘呼組 – 秋. This was easy for me.
Round 2: 超-intros (double points)
- Fujigaya continues jumping around like crazy.. NEWS – Cherish
- Oh, fight. Yabu falls 
少年隊 – 仮面舞踏会
- Totsu & Kawai = XD. SMAP – がんばりましょう
- Hikaru messes up. Kanjani∞ – 浪花いろは節
Notice that Miyata messed up the points here. Bombers have 20 extra points now
..I can’t believe no one ever noticed this. I saw it straight away!
Round 3: 歌ってさびinto (they play the part before chorus, and the boys have to sing the chorus out loud). 30 points to give/take.
- Of course it’s Kawai. He is amazing. Tackey & Tsubasa – 夢物語. Kawai’s got a very clear and strong voice and you can really hear it here. Yay.
- Everyone’s looking at Kawai (go watch SC from January if you’re not following me here ), and for a reason. See Hikaru falling of his chair, Kitayama cracking up and the hosts losing it ^^
- I’m pretty sure here that Yabu and Kawai are talking about giving the other team a chance in here, because Kawai clearly knows the song but just leans back relaxed, like the other Rainbows too. Fujigaya messes the lyrics at one point, but his voice is also very nice. Well anyway, SMAP - 世界に一つだけの花.
Kawai gets praised. Of course, I wanna praise him too (:
Then we have Hey!Say!Whatever -medley. Skipping that.

Auditions. I’m just going to mention Miyata.. Oh my God this boy cracks me up. Tackey & A.B.C. did too

np. NEWS – Dreams
In the beginning, I wasn’t actually so sure I wanted to watch this episode that much. I’m not a fan of KAT-TUN (aka. (cam)whoring) and the special guest is back-from-america-Akanishi.
Well, I managed. Here’s a short summary and a few SCs.
Uh.. all the beginning is Hey!Say!Icouldn’tcareless. They announce the theme for this ep. to be 出合い [Deai, which means kind of a.. meeting or an encounter].
I wanted to skip the 出合い-medley and save my ears, but ended up watching it to see what songs they had (the only one I wanted to listen was A.B.C. doing SAMURAI by Tackey & Tsubasa. With swords. Nicey, but other than that, they had just taken all the most irritating and non-saying songs and put them together. *sigh*)
…more Hey!Say!Icouldn’tcareless. Just great. This one I totally skipped. If you don’t wanna bother with the juniors, just start watching from 15.00.
Well, they talk about English (and the audience starts screaming.. sigh.) and then Akanishi does PINKY (playback, playback, playback~, but even I have to say that he’s got some pretty okay hip-moves) with A.B.C and some of Kis-My-Ft2 (this because I noticed Senga. That kid can seriously dance!).
Akanishi’s got a mop on his head, plus the hideous long white shirt+long black suit. And oh yes the finger-twirl is back.
Koyama and Maru talk with him after the performance. They talk about “Deai” and Akanishi’s time-in-America. Akanishi makes fun of Maru (..for a change ;p) and ends up talking in circles.
Poor Koyama, even during first encounters people pick him on his eyes. Well, Akanishi’s never been a ‘sense the situation’-type anyway..
Then we go off to Junior League. Absolutely HILARIOUS!
It’s a kid of an ‘athletic’ challenge this time.

Miyata does it again.. total failure (notice Senga cracking up, he’s the one who adjusts the height on the right side)

Nikaido and his partner (Tamamori?) just.. crash. ABC, Yabu, Kitayama flailing at the back ;p
Kitayama & Yabu take advantage of Koyama’s kind heart, but then when Goseki and Totsu try, they get shot down ^^
Kawai & Tsuka-chan do it. Nicely even. And then Yabu is just being stupid ^^
part 2: catepillar-race (notice Hikaru during the speech ;p)
Kawai owns it, as always. Too bad that his teammates aren’t up to his level.
Kitayama.. my dear god. So silly. And adorable.
part 3: pull-ups
Of course, they put A.B.C. against each other. How will this end?
Well, then it’s time for the ever-boring letters. This time I actually watched it though, since it was Totsu and Fujigaya (:
A.B.C. own the stage with ‘Attraction!’. Not mind-blowing, but not bad. Summer-reggae-goodfeeling.
Takizawa-project part II. *aleyna almost goes kyaah*
Tackey continues following Juniors and besides crashing their rehearsals both in Tokyo and Osaka he also holds a few auditions like we saw in the 1st part. Daijirou from Question? doesn’t stand out much. Then Taiyou makes me totally crack up (tough being tall, isn’t it? ;p) and then comes Senga being all-adorable. Truly. And he even puts Kitayama down a little ^^
Akanishi and Nakamaru get Koki with them to perform ‘6 SENSES’. These.. lyrics. They aren’t lyrics. Well.
…and then, how can Hikaru succeed to screw up his one line in the end? *shakes head*
They end the show with Burn it up! and the half-KAT-TUN on the stage is so lost. Somewhat funny.
